I created this installation piece for my Integrated Practices Art class at the University of Denver in 2020, using hand cut collage, string and mirror pieces to create odd collections of segments from beauty magazines, incorporating fractures of the viewer to show how the beauty industry warps our sense of self and drives us conform to stagnant yet ever-evolving beauty standards.
